We are a global independent energy producer (IPP) that develops, owns and operates solar parks around the world. Our wide geographical scope and established presence in key photovoltaic markets are the key links that provide us with global opportunities and reduce country-specific risks.  

● Commercial activity in the field of photovoltaic equipment, market leader in this field.  

● Established solar parks in Asia, South America, Europe, North America and Africa, in regions with extremely attractive solar radiation, regulatory environment, electricity pricing, land availability, financial access and general trends in the electricity market.   

● Focusing solely on the downstream market segment. As a result, we are technologically neutral and can customize our solar parks with any technology based on local environmental requirements and regulators.   

● Access to various sources of funding and demonstrated ability to design cost-effective project financing solutions. We are well placed to create effective financing solutions that meet local regulatory conditions and financial markets.   

● So far we have developed and completed 300 solar parks with a total capacity of over 292 MW in Japan, Greece, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Spain, USA, Puerto Rico, Canada and Germany.   

● Own and operate over 135 MW of solar parks. These parks are located in Japan, Canada, the Czech Republic and Bulgaria.  

● More than 500 MW of solar projects under development in countries such as Japan, Chile, Canada, the UNITED States and Uruguay.
